Custom Machining and Design
We're honest, we want the easy work, to be able to offer services that appeal to everyone. It could be a drilled hole, welding, a bracket, a keyway, a repair, design work, 3D printing, one part or a thousand. We know the big shops want the big money, and with that they can take the difficult stuff. We want to help you by keeping it simple, minimising errors and getting your parts done ASAP.
We are of course happy to take on the more complex jobs as we have a wide range of machining equipment. We do our best to source material locally from the smaller businesses along with outsourced services.

We can make 3D models for product design or rendering. Models and files for 3D printing. DXF files for plasma or water jet cutting. If you have an idea on paper we can make it digital.

We have three CNC lathes to choose from, each setup for a slightly different type of part. Diameters up to 12 inches and lengths up to 18 inches. Less setup time means cheaper parts for you.

We have three CNC milling machines, each one setup for different tasks, again minimising setup costs. One of them reserved for the simple tasks such as drilling a hole, milling a slot or tapping.

We are the only shop in the city with this model of laser welder, an IPG LightWeld XR. It can clean but more importantly produce a weld like no other. Check out the capabilities tab for more information.

We are mainly setup as a machining outfit, however welding is a must. We're happy to take on the smaller welding jobs, unfortunately we don't have the space for projects larger than a pallet.
Blanchard Grinding

A type of grinding machine that rotates the part on a magnetic bed while a reciprocating head grinds it flat. It is the fastest grinding process while being cheap.
Die Sinking
Die Sinking
We have a Roboform 400 Die Sinking machine that can basically chew through any metal. It can be used to remove broken taps, cut impossible profiles into blind holes.
Wire EDM

A wire EDM is probably the most fascinating process we have. It can cut through any metal up to 5 inches thick with a human hair size piece of wire while maintaining tolerances less than 0.005mm.
Fabrication
Happy to take on the smaller fabrication projects, but requiring minimal or no grinding.

We have three enclosed 3D printers exclusively setup to print fast. 0.8mm dual nozzles, 300mm x 250mm x 200mm Height volume. Aimed at functional parts rather than aesthetic things like figures. Also a 0.4mm nozzle printer for higher detailed parts.
